What Is RTT - Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Hypnosis is a relaxed state that allows for communication between the conscious and unconscious minds.
It uses suggestions to explain conscious goals to your subconscious and instructs it to achieve those goals.
When your subconscious is in alignment with your conscious goals, achieving them becomes almost automatic.
During hypnosis, the only changes that will happen are those that are right for you. Your unconscious mind is very powerful. If you hear suggestions that are not right for you, your mind will dismiss them
(i.e. I can't make you cluck like a chicken - unless you want me to!).
Whereas the ideas that are right for you will sink deep into your mind.
Even if you've had a challenge in the past reaching and maintaining your ideal healthy, comfortable weight, you CAN develop the mindset to achieve and maintain your ideal weight successfully in the future, using the power of hypnosis!
Why Use Hypnosis?
The human brain is amazing and complex. It has 3 main parts – the conscious, subconscious and unconscious minds.
The subconscious mind is your automatic pilot, helping you do things without having to fully concentrate on them. For example, have you ever driven home and due to thinking about other things while doing so you arrive home safely but can’t remember the entire journey?
That is your subconscious mind, your autopilot, that got you home safely.
The subconscious and unconscious minds have a much greater influence over your behaviours and habits than your conscious mind. And it's your behaviours and habits that mostly determine your outcomes in life.
Your unconscious mind is the vault where everything you have learned and experienced is kept. This is the programming that creates your reality. You don’t normally have access to your unconscious mind given its ‘unconscious’, yet in it lies every memory and belief you hold. Sometimes the unconscious shares information with the subconscious and during hypnosis the gateway between them is more open.
Here is another way of looking at this....
Your mind is like a computer where your conscious thoughts are what is currently on the screen.
The subconscious thoughts are there in the files on the computer, whereas your unconscious mind is the deep operating system, in the background, running the computer. This can only be accessed by an expert who knows the shortcuts to get you into the system.
Once you gain access you also need help from the expert to make beneficial changes.
Most of us upgrade and update our computers and devices all the time.
But we don’t do this with the most important operating system we will ever use – our mind!
Most people are running their lives on inadequate, outdated, poorly functioning operating systems.
Most of your operating system was created in your childhood. Your current life experiences are a direct output from that old programming. Much of which you never chose.
Even if you want or believe something else now, the outcomes are set and become your reality.
If your computer started behaving strangely or not doing what you want, you would do something about it straight away. Right?
